- IntermediateAges 7–11 and 12–35+All Beginner and Novice katas plus the intermediate list.
- AdvancedAges 8–11 and 12–35+All katas allowed. Different kata in the final round.

- KobudoU11 · 12–17 · 18+One division per age group. Requires a weapon.
